Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your Zoyeh Studio order for a full refund provided that the order has not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched from our fulfillment center. Due to our commitment to prompt shipping, we highly recommend submitting cancellation requests within 12 hours of order placement.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, you must contact our support team immediately at info@zoyehstudio.com.

Subject Line: Must include "Order Cancellation Request" followed by your official Order Number.
Email Body: Please include your full name, the email address used for the purchase, and a brief reason for the cancellation.
Note: Sending a request does not guarantee cancellation. A cancellation is only finalized once you receive a formal confirmation email from our team.

3. Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or handed over to our shipping carrier, the cancellation window is closed. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, you must wait to receive the package and subsequently initiate a return in strict accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Shipping and handling charges for dispatched orders are non-refundable.

Upon successful cancellation of an eligible order, a full refund will be initiated automatically to your original method of payment. Please allow upto 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, contingent upon your financial institution's processing times.
